SHIPPING POLICY
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.
For exchanges, the shipping of the replacement item will be covered by us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.​

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the same process as a return.

Once the original item is received, we will send out the replacement item.
